It's unlikely that lines or smudges on print-outs are caused by the toner during the printing process. Normally, the issue is caused by dirty rollers. If you refer to your printer manual, there are instructions on how to remove the rollers and then you will be able to give them a clean and that will fix the issue for you. Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, you will be able to replace the fuser yourself. There will be instructions in the box but generally the old fuser has locking levers on either end that will release it so you can pull it out and slide the new unit into its slot.
